Donate Phones

We welcome smartphone donations that our partnering social service organisations can direct to individuals in need. We have started a campaign in partnership with Transient Workers Count Too (TWC2) to organise a mobile phone donation drive for migrant workers in Singapore.

Do donate smartphones that are fully functional and have a decent battery life. Once you submit the donation form, we will contact you with next steps depending on the delivery option you select. After diagnostics, data erasure, and refurbishment has been carried out by our tech repair partner, the smartphone will be directed to our partnering social service organisations, who will identify the recipients based on their need and allocate the smartphone to them directly. There is no third-party intermediary involved. Thank you for joining us towards a more digitally inclusive society.

Phone Donation Details

*All the information collected below will be kept confidential and will be strictly used for contacting purposes for collection of the phone and charger only.

Before donating, please ensure:
1. The phone works with a SIM card and can connect to a mobile network and WiFi (SIM card not required for donation).
2. The phone can read QR codes and download the TraceTogether app
3. The phone is unlocked and reset to factory settings

Arrangement for donation of phone &/ charger

In light of the COVID-19 situation, there are 3 ways you can donate your phone and/or charger safely and securely. Tell us which option works best for you:

Option A. I can deliver the phone to a central collection point at PC Dreams (1 Rochor Canal Road, #03-01, Sim Lim Square, (S) 188504), or drop it off into a donation box (locations can be found under “Donate Phones FAQ”)

Option B. I can sponsor delivery of $10-$25 via delivery service providers of your choice (we can help you with this!)
